Hey everyone, it's Izzy Hindle from Live From the Labyrinth! This is just a fun little blog post to tell you about some of the cool stuff I've been listening to lately.

- Labyrinth Soundtrack - David Bowie: I kind of got obsessed with Jim Henson's Labyrinth over winter break. Who doesn't love 80s David Bowie? (Okay, some people don't, but still.) If you can do the back and forth "You remind me of the babe" "What babe?" with me, you have my heart. Not to mention that the other original Bowie songs on here are great. As The World Falls Down gives me so many feelings. If you haven't seen Labyrinth, go do it!
- Still Alive - Will Hanson: I believe this song was featured in an episode of Person of Interest a while ago. I just listened to it recently and got hooked. I'm such a sucker for alt/rock songs with good orchestrations, and the string section behind the vocals is so pretty. Not to mention that Hanson has the kind of voice that could lull me to sleep. I've listened to some of his other stuff recently, and I really like it!
- American Beauty/American Psycho - Fall Out Boy: My middle school emo self is squealing with joy over this.. I can't get over how catchy this album is! Uma Thurman has this classic beachy vibe to it, and it makes me want to dance around the room. Irresistible just sounds so perfectly Fall Out Boy, and the music video shows off what wonderful dorks they are. The title track is definitely one of my favorites, and it kind of makes me want to headbang, even though I'm a tiny little white girl. This album is not to be missed!
